House was left to me in a will how do I title in my name?

My house was left to me in my mothers will house is registered for tax purposes and water bill is already in my name how do I change title to deed in my name?

The executor of the estate has to prepare and sign a deed transferring the property from the estate to you. Then the deed has to be recorded in the county clerk or county register's office.

Also, the name on the utilities has nothing to do with title to the property.

The Attorney probating the estate should handle this for you.

You will have to get an attorney and go though probate court.
