    My interest quit claim deed
Hi; My husband owned land before we were married. I ran across a quit claim deed that was created 4 days before we were married. It has his son as the grantee. Where would I stand if something would happen to my husband?

Sounds like your husband gave the property to his son prior to the wedding. So you have no interest in that property. Neither does your husband.

Yes, if your husband gave the property to his son in a quit claim deed, you would have no claim in it.

Now other issues, if this property had a mortgage, was it refianced, does the mortgage company know about the transfer of ownership
