OK this movie is really haunting me. What I remember was that it had a boy named milo (I think) he was very clumsy and absent minded. He drove a car through the garage door and would recive cassette tapes in coconuts from a gut who may have been christopher Lloyd or some one like that. Any way at the end milo flys off in a lawn chair tied to balloons. Please help!

Hey. This has been bugging me. I used to watch this movie when I was a kid. So maybe later 80's or a early 90's movie. There a young boy (cant remember his name), and a tollbooth. All I remember is that he get in the tollbooth and travels to a different world, and he becomes cartoon, but when he goes back home he is not cartoon anymore. I know there is a children's book called the magic tollbooth. And I'm guessing the movie title is something like that but I can't remember. For some reason I keep thinking its called "james and the magic tollboth" but then I think his name is Milo... I don't know. Maybe I'm making all this stuff up. Lol. Does this sound familiar to anyone??

I have no idea... I've never seen it. I looked up the name Milo on imdb and nothing even came close to your description... when I read the other question, it seemed a little similar to yours... your description sounds familiar, but nothing is popping in my head. I'm sure someone will get it.

Strange that kind of sounded close, but my movie was from the early 80's.

It's called "How to Be a Perfect Person in Just Three Days."

I know that cartoon "there is a boy in live action named milo who goes home and sees a huge box in his yard. he puts his hand across the box and his hand turns cartoon. so the box makes a cartoon world, and in this cartoon world there is this unicycle police robot thing with a single flashing light on his head who goes around saying "GUILTY GUILTY GUILTY" whenever he thinks something is going down" that about all I can remember of it. I've been trying to remember the name of that movie for years I actually had it on VHS but fungus started growing on the tape so it became uselessi think the title has the word "BOX" in it. That's all I can give you. My memory is bad.

Ohh my... I have been searching for the same movie with a boy called milo... I have asked all the movie stores ,family and friends and nothing they actually look at me weird cause all I remember is the name of the boy cause he had a very scary voice... also I recall a house alomost in the woods and him in the basement I believe... It has been so long since I have seen it...
