My wife and I had to pay when we filed this year (2048)and would like to know how to better balance what is taken out for this next year. She makes around 35K and I make 30K, we filed jointly this year. We changed our W4 last year do to the advice of Turbo Tax 06 and my wife getting her job. Any advice?:confused:

You both should reduce your W-4 exemptions by ONE and ONE of you needs to change from MARRIED to SINGLE status; that should cause enough money to be withheld to get you back on track.
