If I found discrepancies with the T4's sent out to our employees and my employer refuses to fix them what kind of trouble would they be in if they got caught?

I would be more concerned with the trouble the employees will be in than the employer - all info I find indicates this is a question to be taken up with CRA. I see nothing about penalties but there can be interest charged to the employer if it is not a first-time error and they gained from the error.
