Please help me I can't fix this error

Information that would help includes:

* Program that is giving this error
* What you are doing to get this error
* Anything that you have tried to resolve this error

This particular error seems to be associated with Outlook Express, trying to send mail, and get a "time out", or "server not responding", or something like that.
If this is what's happening, then please call your Internet Service Provider for help. They will either tell you there is a problem with their server, or try helping with your email configurations.

I agree with fredg. This error is nomally happening with Outlook or Outlook Express when sending mails. There are two possibilities, either you are having problem with internet connection or your outlook/outlook express is not configured properly. Try to open a website when you see this error. If you are able to open the website then the problem is with the mail set up.
