So I had an extension for April 18th for my mutual fund tax problem. I contacted the bank that had all my mutual fund info last week, I was hoping to get the stuff in the mail by Monday, and then I was going to fax it to the IRS but I have yet to receive the paperwork. So what number do I call to speak to someone about this? The paperwork should be here any day now.

I had already sent in my taxes a long time ago before I even got the letter for my mutual fund problem, so I already did my taxes. I don't know if that has to do withanything though.

If you have already filed your 2007 tax return, then were informed of additional tax information for 2007, you will probably need to amend your 2007 tax return using Form 1040X.
