Is there any real way of removing or minimizing the look of scratches on my car. I bought a brand new car and it has a few scratched from everyday use that really bug me.

Do any of those things on TV work, is there anything I can get a common auto shop? I don't want to spend a lot of money because it's not like there's anything really wrong with the car itself, it just bugs me to see scratches on my beautiful new car.

I agree with tx. A Sat. afternoon rubdown is all that needed. Gentel circular motions with not much application needed.

Tell us more about your car: year, make and such...

If your car was originally shipped with a clear coat applied, there is much that can be done with little effort. But, any other original finish product will be key to follow-up recommendations.

Well it's a 2007 Honda Civic Sudan, I'm not sure about top coats or anything like that, just that it's a lovely, shiney, dark blue!

Can you slide your nail perpendicular to the scratch? Does your nail catch it? If so not much you can do except place paper tape over the outside the scratch as close as possible, and use touch up paint lightly in scratch groove. When dries buff with scratch x, if nail does not catch scratch you can buff by hand or orbital, or high speed buffer if you know how. Use a light abrasion compound, come back after that with a swirl remover and or polish. Buff tell it lightens. Good luck
