    Returning of gifts
Do I have to return birthday items my ex-boyfriend bought June 2007 for our daughter because he is angry?

You don't have to return unless it has great monetary value but why not and keep the peace.

A gift is just that - a gift and it's permanent.

But is it worth arguing about?

I was given the new iPhone s as a gift from my girlfriend but now we broke up and she wants it back so legally who gets to keep the phone?

Did you read what's been posted? If it's a GIFT, no strings attached, then it's yours.

If there were strings attached (you would do such and such or pay such and such) then it's NOT a gift and it's hers.
