My washer just stopped spinning. This product is only 4 years old and I called and they are telling me that there is no belt. Please help?

You have a direct drive-no belt. It has a coupler between the motor and transmission. If it is not spinning, check the lid switch. If it is bad, you will have no spin cycle. Check 1st though to make sure the losd is balanced. An unbalanced load will interrupt the spin cycle as well
