I'm helping my friend get out of a scam. I doubt she has to see a lawyer, but I was curious what type of lawyer handles scam cases. It's one of those, legally, the company has found loop holes, so it's not a scam (in the eyes of the law) but only in technical terms. She closed her account and everything.
