First just to let you know a 17 day cycle is rather short to begin with, but the bottom line is anytime you have unprotected sex you have a possibility of becoming pregnant, Ovulation can occur at anytime. And can be delayed or even come earlier than suspected. If your mate doesn't want to become pregnant I advice her to use protection, Birth control or abstinence in fact Abstinence is the only 100% chance of not getting pregnant.

To answer your question with the assumption she ovulated on the 9th, with keeping in mind that sperm can live up to five days... and she had sex on the 6,7,9 and 13 her chances of being pregnant are high... with fertile couples there is a 25 percent chance of getting pregnant each cycle, meaning around 75 to 85 percent of women who have sex without using birth control will get pregnant within one year
