:confused: I am trying to cut my own hair... how do I layer my hair to make a medium to short hair do with wisps around the face and flips on the sides and back?

To be honest hair cutting esp hair layering is really not something that can be explained via words, It take skills, and technique to achieve and should be attempted by a professional, as it is difficult to cut your own hair also keeping in mind you . Some stylist use razor, scizzors, to achieve the correct layering. I would highly recommend you go to a professional before you try it yourself.
