Im trying to find out how to assist my ex-husband in relinquishing his parental rights. Im 7 in a half months pregnant and we both are sure the child is his but he no longer want his parental rights. Now my fiancé wants to adopt my child so he can be the father. How do I go about doing these 2 things? Helping my ex- husband relinquish his rights with out having to get a lawyer and helping my fiancé adopt my unborn child.

I am almost positive you need a lawyer for the adoption process, and then he will set you up with papers for the Ex to sign off all rights!:) Good luck.
