The down side of love, is when it doesn't work. Obviously you two are on different pages about whatever, and its getting frustrating to you both. When you can't work together to solve your issues, then its time to go. Doesn't matter about how good she looks, or how great the sex is, when you can't agree, and argue, and fight.
