You have to cross divide.

45/64 divided by 4/5... divide 45 by 5 (9) then divide 64 by 4 (16)... therefore your answer 9/16

81/144 divided by 4/9... divide 81 by 9 (9) then divide 144 by 4 (36)... therefore your answer is 9/36 which can be reduced to 1/4.
