    How can I evict a non-tenant (squatter?)?
O.K. Let me first say that although I think of myself as a nice guy, I know I'm also really stupid for letting this situation happen but...

A friend of mine recently became homeless. I first let her use the address of the condo I own and live in for her mailing address. Next I let her occasionally shower there (and gave her a key so she could access it when I was gone). Long story short, she has now been staying with me rent free with a lot of her belongings for almost two months (it was supposed to be just for a few days while she was sick living in her broken down car). Now she refuses to leave even though I am demanding it. The police tell me I have no recourse because of the key, mailing address, and belongings. Questions: Do I have any rights here? How can I force her to leave? She is not a tenant, so pay rent or quit does not apply. Likewise she is not a lodger. I can't find anything on this... please HELP!

When she is gone, change the locks and place all of her belongings outside (but not as to where they could be accessed by unauthorized persons or stolen).
