    A leese agreement
My tenant does not send to me his paychek for 10 days. What would you suggest? Do I have a right to terminate the contract?

    Thank you.

My tenant does not pay for rent of my townhouse for ten days. May be he wants to move to another house. What right do I have to take my money? Do I have a right to terminate the contract? Should I have an advocate or it is not necessary for this case?

    Please repond.

    Thank you.

What state/country do you live in?
Depending on the state you have to give them so many days notice to evict.
If they come up with the rent they get to stay.
Missouri you can kick them right out.
Most states are three to thirty days depending on state law.

You have to give a five day notice. If they pay up you can't kick 'em out.

You have to give them a form like this
