I am already on intensive. What happens if I fail 2 drug tests, and have now been recommended for drug treatment?

You'll be sent for drug treatment. You could go to jail. Who knows? The judge has jurisdiction over this answer. You'll find out soon enough.

If you fail drug tests the PO can lock you up till you have a hearing before the judge, Was the drug treatment becaue of the failures, then if it was, you go to treatment or jail.
