    Can U still file bankruptcy in Florida and does anyone know the stipulations also can I file if I have an judgement against me

    Yes you can still file bankruptcy anywhere in the US, there are rules as to how often and also income to debt guidelines. And yes with a judgement against you is the best time to file.

    If the Judgment is a result of your niece's auto accident while driving a car you rented it may not be discharged by a Bankruptcy Petition.

    You would have to ask an Attorney but certain personal injury claims/Judgments are not dischargeable.
