I am still a teenager and have regular sexual intercourse and usually fairly heavy but regular periods. I am on the pill, but I have forgot to take two out of the last two months of pills.
I have been suffering cramps, moodyness, back pain, increase in appetite and a slightly swollen abdomen. I thought I was pregnant, but then I got a very light brown discharge, which progressed to a dark brown thick discharge with a little blood. I also passed some tissue looking material. I have been reading up and have read that I could be pregnant or having a miscarriage?

Just wondering what it is likely to be? :confused:

Did you take a pregnancy test? And how close are you to when you should have your period?

I haven't taken a test yet but I am going to in a couple of days. It started 2/3 days after I would expect my period.

Kind of sounds like its just your period. But it can never hurt to take the test and/or call your dr just to play it safe.
