    Framing a shower stall
I'm putting in a new bathroom in my basement. All the drainage plumbing has been ran, floor poured and half of the bathroom is framed. I've gotten to where the shower needs to be and I need to know how to actually frame the shower stall into place. I've heard you need to have mortar undernieth the floor of the shower also, I need definite answers. Thanks

Can I ask a few clarification questions before we start? You are planning a scratch build shower pan, right? Try this for more info, this guy is better than me. How to Build a Shower Pan Do you need to know how to stud out the wall and install backer voard for tiling too?
