Hello, and Goodmorning all. I was just wondering why I would have a bloating feeling in my lower abdomen, above my pubic bone after my boyfriend and I have intercourse? Can intercourse be so wild and crazy to the point of him unintentionally pushing a lot of air inside of me, and that be the reason that I feel bloated in that area and only that area? A small amount of gas can occur the way you describe, in fact, air escaping from the vaginal area can sound like flatulence and can be very embarrassing if with a new lover. If the bloating is excessive, lasts more then 24 hours and doesn't escape, then I would seek professional advice.
