If I owe a credit card and they now have frozen my acct, can they take they money? Can I make an agreement with them and unfreeze my acct. my child support and federal income refund was deposited in there. Is that safe or can they take that too? I owe my rent and can't pay it now. Help!!

Only a judgement from a court can freeze your account. Now before this happens you should have received notice of a court date and before that there would have been many calls and letters from the cc company. Did you receive a notice for a court date?
