    Realtor and lock boxes
Our rental agreement states 24 hr notice upon entering our propery. The realtors selling the property are threatening us with a lock box if we don't let them in the house before 24 hr notice. Can they do this in the state of PA.
    Thanks

Call and tell the landlord that the realtors are threatening to violate your rental agreement, And what compensation do they plan to do, if and when this happens.

Thank you, our landlord doesn't care, and needs the property sold because they are stating they are in debt. We had a two yr lease agreement which is up now and I guess you can say we pay month to month. They increased our rent without written agreement. I just feel like my family and I are being violated.
