Every time that I feed my puppy she will get close to me, but if I call her she will run away and she doesn't want to play with me, she stays in one room and she doesn't want to get out, she doesn't bark or try to bite but she just walk away from people

How long have you had her? She might still be shy and need to get used to you :D

Try going into the room the puppy is in and just sitting on the floor. If you are a reader, take a book with and read to the puppy. Don't try and force any interaction... let the puppy come to you and get used to you. Have some treats with you (kibble would probably work fine for this), and put them on the floor near you. The entire idea is for the puppy to get used to you as a source of good things, and that you aren't going to force things on her.
