I am 8 days late on my period. I have been trying to conceive for nine months now. I took an HPT when I was three days late and got a negative. I took another one yesterday and still got a negative. I have been sick with Strep Throat, bronchitus, and have pulled a muscle in my back this month. I have been on medication for everything. My husband and I are also under contract to buy a house and have been running getting our papers and stuff together. I have been very stressed this past month. I was hoping since I am this late I could still be pregnant. I have never skipped or been more than 2 days late on my period before. My cycle is exactly 30 days long. Should I see a doctor or wait to take another test or just wait it out to see if my period comes. My breasts have been tender and I have been very nauseated and bloated. I've only threw up 4 time though. I have symptoms of pregnancy I just wish I had a positive result. My husband and I want a baby really bad and have been trying for a long time with no luck. What should I do?

There is a chance that you could be. Me and my wife was trying to have a baby and then she missed her period but it still took three months for the at home test to show up positive. You should go to a Dr. and have a blood test done that will tell you sooner than anything. Best of luck to you and your husband.
