I tried to check emails but can not get into my email . Tried changing my pass word and it locks me out. What do I do?

I had to "assume" this was not an answer to the other poster, it is not a good idea to piggyback your question as a answer to some one else's question.

I have moved this to email so maybe you will get some answers yourself.

What email program is it that you are trying to get into? Does anyone else have access to or use that same account?
