    I have always though a WWF death match was a fairly good way to settle most.

    But in all issues you will end up in court if there is no other way to settle, many may end up being a landlord tenant is the landlord is not doing their duty.

    The key is in your lease. You cannot get into disputes that are regarding activity outside of what is permissible or not permissible according to your lease.

    As Scott suggested, be more specific about the dispute so we can help.
