My 10 yr. old yorkie poodle mix has a bloated belly, he won't eat and his poop is really runny. I have tried everything, now I feel like I am out of options. Is there anyone who has any idea's of what it could be?

No, haven't a clue from your description and I would hate to even guess. Why don't you just take him to a vet and have him diagnosed by someone who can actually SEE the dog and give an opinion. If you have had your pet for l0 years, he has given you a lot, so get him to a vet and get him the best of care.

Worms or twisted gut. The second is very painful and deadly if not treated. I'm not a vet it is just a guess. Please take him/her to the vet
