    Baby mama drama
Hi, I want to know is it possible for a mother to go to child support office and ask for more child support money when she is already getting a good amount of money. And is it possible for her to tell the court she want the father to stop seeing the kids even if he's paying child support. He is a good man and he just works too much trying to provide for the family. He's scared of not seeing the kids and scared to not see his kids

She can go and ask for more but if it looks extravagant and she can not prove sufficient reason why she NEEDS more then I think she will lose.
For her to try and take visitations from him she would have to give just cause such as abuse, neglect, bad behaviors such as alcoholism,

Most often, child support is based on the father's ability to pay, not the mother's ability to spend. I wouldn't worry about this too much.
