I've had mono for over a month now, and for the most part I'm feeling better. I'm just a bit fatigued but that's pretty usual. I'm wondering if it's OK to drink alcohol at this point.

At this point, I'm going to say "?" What's the matter with you? Grow up, get your act together.

To answer your question, having mono... debilitates your immune system. Drinking... lowers your immune system. Hope the math works out.
