I don't know if you are a man or a woman... big problem!. so let me address only one point directed toward women.

Start a day happily by tuning out all the excess noise any family members are making... take a shower and pay extra attention to your vaginal area and nipples... get yourself a little aroused. Go outside and breathe in the fragrant air and look at nature... can you feel that you can be aroused sexually by peace and beauty??
