This is a 4X4 big truck. Your ride should be a tad rough. Try going to a dealer and taking a test drive in a comparable model and see if your truck is about the same. Also you have some pretty huge tires on this truck as well and that can make a huge difference in the ride. I put monster tires on a vehicle I had once and I did notice the ride was much rougher than when I had the "normal" tires on the vehicle. I'd personally try putting in more air into the tires and see if that helps.

    Normal.

First, the suspension on a 4X4 is designed quite differently that a 2WD. And the tire pressure seems just a little more than I would run: about 32-33 psi should do well (you only want to inflate to maximum pressure when loading the truck to the maximum load), but you should go see a dealer and ask about that. The sales or service department may have someone who can explain the differences in suspension.
    I hope this helps.
