Your friend needs to go to a doctor. She could be having a small problem and loose the baby. However, everything could also be absolutely fine! Your friend has got to go to the doctor. Being pregnant is a big thing and she should be contacting a doctor to help her through this.
I suspect your friend is young. She might want to really think about this, being a mom is a very big and expensive job! Abortion is possible within the first three months, and the sooner the better. If I'm incorrect and she is not young and happily married, I do apologize.
