My daughter is 5 years old. She has my last name. Her father hasn't been around since she was a year and half. He doesn't pay child support or visit or live in the state. He is another dead beat. I am getting married in 2 weeks, and my fiancé has practically been her father since she was 2. He does everything for her. My name is changing once we get married and I want her to have his last name too. How can I get her name changed?:rolleyes:
