My check engine light comes on then off.
My check engine light comes on then off after awhile, my gauges act funny for awhile, then
Returns to normal. I have 68.000.00 miles on it. I just had a tune up done on it, and
This started happening about two weeks after my tune up. Nothing seems wrong other than
My gauges acting funny. Please help.
    Thank you Ben Pough

    What gauges are acting funny?

Could be an O2 sensor going bad, or just some bad gas.

As long as it goes off, I would not worry too much about it.

If you are really concerned, take it somewhere and let them see what the code stored is.

    Good Luck!

Intermiddent's can be tough, The problem is the engine light may go out at the Shop and not have codes, You may consider buying a Code Reader from local auto parts store.
I think around $40. Verify that it requires an OBD II reader. Mine can also reset the Engine Light.

    Hey, Pough...
You don't mention what you're driving... year, make and model...
If you're only seeing the Check Engine Light (CEL, MIL, SES) the problem might not cause a misfire, or other noticeable drivability issues, but may be due to emission concerns, perhaps simplyh a vacuum leak...
Have any codes that where stored, written down and list them here. That way we can tell you what they really lead to for diagnosis.
