    I never received an answer?

    My late Aunt lived and died in Florida. All of her assests are in Florida.Do we have to open an Estate Banking account in Florida?

    Not every question gets answered, unfortunately.

    Most probably yes, because that's where the estate will be probated.

    What does Probate Court say? Will they issue a waiver, allowing you to have a bank account in another State?

    I am sorry for your loss, and welcome to AMHD. Just curious: Did your aunt leave a will? The probate court where your aunt lived will give you details on what you will have to do concerning the administration of the estate. The will may relieve you of some of those burdens, which is one good reason for having one.
