What all is in a plea on the basis of theft of $200?

This would essentially be an agreement between you, your attorney and the prosecutor in the case. This agreement would then be presented to the Judge and if he agrees then it's a done deal. If the Judge does not agree then everyone will have to start all over again with an agreement.
