Please help. I had took the first plan B pill yesterday at 7pm ( a little over 48hrs since unprotected sex) I should have taken the second pill this morning at 7am. But I forgot and now I won't be able to take the second pill until 7pm tonight, so 24hrs later. I am extremely concerned, I had unprotected sex 3 days before ovulation, that is why I got Plan B in the first place. Please help... Is it OK to take the 2nd pill 24hrs after the first and what are the chances that I could be pregnant?

I think taking it 24hours will still work. You can also take both pills at same time in future if that helps to remember. Hopefully the pills will still work. They won't work if you already were pregnant before you took the pills, but if you took them early enough, they delayed ovulation and did the job. Good luck!

This post is well over a month old. I am sure she knows by now if she is pregnant or not.
