    1040 nr?
I am a permanent resident. I do not have any income and I did not live in USA in the year 2007. I got waiver for 2 years, so I was out of the country for the year 2007 . I want to file my tax return .What form should I use. Who should use form 1040 NR or 1040 NR EZ.
    Please help.
    Thanks

You can only file resident tax return. You will file only if your income is more than the filing requirement, which is $8,750 for single and $17,500 on the joint return. You must report your worldwide income.
