If you don't want to rent a movie you can get adult sexuality books that are really good or women's magazines usually have instructions and tips. I find women's magazines are really good for this sort of thing and for other ideas, and they are usually not too graphic.
There are actually a couple videos specifically for women for this purpose. Technically they are for how to deep throat but the techniques apply to the rest of the act as well. I do not remember the names of the titles but both are decent if you can find them.

Lots of different things you can do... but some personal suggestions...
Three positions I love for receiving oral
1) guy standing, girl sitting on a chair. Why its good... he can see you clearly, and its great to watch. The angle is good, you are comfortable, and his "guys" (testes) will move forward and back, adding to the sensations. With one hand grabbing him near the base (where his shaft meets his torso) push and pull the foreskin over the head of the penis. Some women don't understand you can grab firmly and not hurt the man.
