I have been told that after a bankruptcy has been discharged, that it is possible that a creditor can take your only vehicle. Can you tell or get me some legal information on this subject?:mad:

I had a chapt 7 4 yrs ago, I kept my car. Still making payments. The car was not part of the bankruptcy... long as your making payments why would they take it?
