Filing of US returns from India
    Hi

I worked on H1 B visa in the US for 2.5 months from July 2007 to Sept 2007. I am currently in India. I am married and have a son. But I travelled alone to US. I still have a valid bank account in the US. My husband has a TIN number. I need to file my US returns and I have the following questions:

    1) Should I file as Married filing Separately since my husband and son did not come to the US in 2007.

    2) Can I claim any dependants?

    3) Should I file in 1040 NR EZ?

    3) Please suggest any website where I can file my returns easily.

    Thanks

It appears that you can only file nonresident tax return. On nonresident tax return, you can't claim the dependents.
