It's been 10 years to the day that my chapter 7 bankruptcy was filed in court. How do I remove the bankruptcy from my credit record. Is it automatically removed or do have to request removal.

Over the next 30 days or so it should be coming off. If you don't see it off in the next month you can contact the 3 major firms and ask to have it removed.

Now that is 10 years from the date of discharge, not date of filling,
