My co-worker has told me, that a temp employee who has work for more than 1000 hours in the same company within a year is eligible for benefits. Is this possible? Any laws or government website I can look at? I search online and found not much help.
This week I'lll approach 1000 hours, I am temp contractor, who was not hired through an agency. Does this 1000 hr thing apply to me?
