    When to file 1040x?
    I already filed Federal 1040 and got my refund, but I need to file a 1040x now and pay some money back to them... do I have to file this by April 15th? Thanks.

    No, you do not need to file Form 1040X by April 15th. But if you don't, the IRS may charge you interest for the amount you owe.
