    What form should I file to the State California in case I am treated as resident for the whole year by IRS?
    According to this : Which Form Should I File for 2007?
    I should file form 540 NR/ part year resident. Is that correct?

    When did you move to California? If you moved there some time in 2007, then yes, file 540NR.
