How to get rid of sewege smell in home
I recently had some home improvements done to my home, now I am getting a sewage smell in my home when I wash clothes, the air vents, drains and after it rains. What do you think this smell is coming from.

What work did you have done? Did it involve plumbing? I need more details before I can give you a answer. Let's hear back from you. Tom

The smell of drains can only come from one place DRAINS

Drain Traps are supposed to prevent drain odors

You may smell it in vents because it is drawn into furnace

I suspect the work you had done if it has just started

I am not saying plumbing is not done correctly

Think you need to get a second opinion - plumber onsite

Usually it is difficult to fix a plumbing problem over the phone

And not any easier to fix a plumbing problem over the internet
