Normally it is located somewhere inside on the rear wall.
Do never try to solve such problems with sticking metal wires in outlets as that can cause damage.
Find the hole, and use a small thin plastic hose (hardware store) to blow the hole free with air.

How do you know that the drain is clogged? Just curious. What is the machine doing that would lead you to believe that the drain is clogged? Is this an old fridge?
